Problems and Solutions
Error: “Can’t connect to server”
- Cause: server maintenance, config update, or plugin update in progress.
- What to do: wait for maintenance to finish. Status in Discord channel.
Error: “You are not whitelisted”
- Cause: your nickname is not on the whitelist.
- What to do: email mahazeviet@gmail.com with your exact in-game nickname and whitelist request.
”You are not whitelisted” but I played before
- Cause: likely maintenance (backup restore, auth restart).
- What to do: no need to reapply — watch Discord for status.
